I've spent more than two decades in technical roles, the last several leading Solutions Engineering teams. I write about the craft of leadership the way I think about it on long runs — slowly, and with more questions than answers.
The Dispatch started as a Sunday-morning habit and quietly became the way I think out loud. The site itself runs on a 3-node K3s cluster in my basement, because that turns out to be the most fun way to learn the thing I'm leading by day.
